These ratings come from the review files supplied for this project. They are not fetched from Rate My Professors when you open a page. The latest review date is the latest entry we have, not proof that we have every review up to that date.
Each professor page shows its own latest review date and a link to check the original profile. A professor’s presence in the archive does not establish current employment.
We have not connected an authorized RMP data feed. Automated collection and republication are restricted by its published terms. New review data needs a permitted source, validation and a rebuild; the existing regression results are not automatically refitted.

10,193 of 12,239 reviews have a recognizable subject-and-number label. The remaining 2,046 stay available on professor pages but are excluded from course search.
We uppercase labels and remove spaces and hyphens. We do not guess missing subjects or merge BIO with BIOL. These are historical student-entered labels, not an official catalog or current roster.
Course numbers can cover different topics across years. FYS 100 is a particularly broad label. Raw course averages mix instructors and years, so they are useful context, not controlled comparisons.

Richmond’s registrar links the current schedule through Box, which requires a Richmond login when checked. The planner works with a CSV or pasted spreadsheet that you obtain yourself. It does not log into Richmond or retrieve protected information.
Imported meeting times determine conflicts. The tool does not check seats, prerequisites, permission rules, separately registered lab pairings or partial-semester dates. Use full-term sections from a single term and confirm details in BannerWeb.
On your deviceYour saved stuff
Saved courses, planner sections and game results use your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to a server. Clearing site data clears them, and another browser will not have them.
Export your plan to keep a backup or move it to another device. Calendar exports repeat through the dates you enter; remove holidays and breaks yourself.
Sample-size labels describe review counts. They are not confidence intervals, proof of accuracy or proof that anonymous reviewers are representative.
Full rating methodology ↗ Unofficial student project. Not affiliated with the University of Richmond or Rate My Professors. Anonymous reviews remain anonymous and probably biased.
